Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Thiago Ribeiro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Robert Mckracken!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mckracken tries to land a front kick but Ribeiro steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Mckracken gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Ribeiro tries to pull guard but Mckracken forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Mckracken tries a knee to the head but Ribeiro blocks it.
Ribeiro jumps guard but Mckracken turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Ribeiro tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Mckracken's elbow.
Mckracken wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ribeiro has him pressed against the cage.
Mckracken throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Mckracken lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Mckracken's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Mckracken shoots in and gets a takedown into Ribeiro's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ribeiro pulls Mckracken in to control the position.

Ribeiro is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mckracken defends well.

Mckracken avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Ribeiro controls Mckracken momentarily but Mckracken frees himself.
Mckracken must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mckracken looking to sit in guard and control but Ribeiro gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Mckracken can't keep his opponent in guard - Ribeiro advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Mckracken really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ribeiro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ribeiro is pressing down on Mckracken's thigh, looking to free his foot. Mckracken is holding on for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ribeiro seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Mckracken is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
