Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mack Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Savior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Ben Watson and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson stuffs the takedown attempt from Savior. Savior gets slowly back to his feet.
Savior moves into the clinch.
Stevenson on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Stevenson is trying to pull guard but Savior turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Stevenson unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Stevenson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Savior tries to pull guard but Stevenson holds him up against the cage and eventually Savior drops back down to his feet.
Stevenson tries to pull guard but Savior won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mack Stevenson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stevenson pulls guard.
Savior passes Stevenson's left leg - he's now in half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Mack Stevenson wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Stevenson closes the distance and pushes Savior back into the cage.
Savior jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stevenson walks away with a smile on his face. Savior gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Stevenson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Savior to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Savior passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Stevenson prevents Savior from improving position.
Savior has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Stevenson!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stevenson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Savior controlling from mount.
Stevenson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Savior on the ground.
Savior is standing up, even though he is in mount.

Savior drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Stevenson is breathing heavily.
Savior throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Stevenson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Savior trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Stevenson has an active guard here but Savior has managed to pass into half guard.
Savior works his foot free and advances to mount.
Savior controlling from mount.
Stevenson wants to try and get back to his feet.

Stevenson is bucking up trying to escape but Savior cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Savior working for a submission but Stevenson is keeping him at bay.
Savior lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Stevenson tries to lock up and control but Savior gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Savior fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Stevenson is rocked!
Savior working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Stevenson looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Savior! Submission of the night perhaps?
