The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weston misses with a takedown
and Marshall counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Marshall.
Marshall has Weston pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Marshall pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Weston tumbling to the mat - Marshall dives into Weston's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Marshall throws a big right hand that misses.
Weston really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Marshall. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Marshall working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Marshall throws a big elbow that misses.
Marshall drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Marshall seems to have locked his on tight now - Weston screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Marshall, as he picks up the win!
