Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Mcclain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark DeLeon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Oliver Mcclain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mark DeLeon!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Mcclain wants to clinch up but DeLeon keeps it at a distance.
Mcclain misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from DeLeon.
Mcclain tries a head kick but it misses.
DeLeon slips a straight right by Mcclain.
Mcclain fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mcclain tries to bum rush DeLeon with a series of wild strikes but DeLeon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Oliver Mcclain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
DeLeon avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
DeLeon stuffs the takedown attempt from Mcclain. Mcclain gets slowly back to his feet.

The fight stays on the outside here - Mcclain looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mcclain. DeLeon does a little dance to reset his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mcclain wants to clinch up but DeLeon keeps it at a distance.
A telegraphed right hand from Mcclain misses the target.

Mcclain changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. DeLeon looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
DeLeon struggling a bit here.

Mcclain is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, DeLeon has escaped the position, nice work there.

Mcclain is putting a hurting on DeLeon here, landing some big shots from side control.

Mcclain goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, DeLeon rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Mcclain's guard! Nice work there by DeLeon!
Mcclain knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for DeLeon on the ground.
DeLeon wants to control from the top but Mcclain keeps moving.
DeLeon prevents Mcclain from getting back to his feet.
DeLeon advances to half guard.
Mcclain pushes DeLeon off looking to stand but DeLeon dives back in and keeps control.
Mcclain is breathing heavily.

Mcclain is staying active underneath DeLeon, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Mcclain is looking to get back to is feet but DeLeon passes into side control.
DeLeon trying to control the position but Mcclain is working away.
DeLeon should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mcclain tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mcclain is trying to buck DeLeon off.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mcclain closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. DeLeon quickly recovers to half guard.
DeLeon misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Mcclain is trying to work for a kimura but DeLeon is defending well.
Mcclain not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Mcclain with the ground and pound but DeLeon uses the opportunity to regain guard.
DeLeon throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

DeLeon had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mcclain defends it easily.

Mcclain throws a big elbow that misses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mcclain throws a strike but DeLeon rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Mcclain is working an open guard so DeLeon takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Mcclain shoots in looking for a takedown. DeLeon tries to sprawl out of it but Mcclain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. DeLeon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Mcclain tries to clinch up.

DeLeon keeps the fight on the outside.
Mcclain throws a hook but DeLeon avoids it easily.
Mcclain tries to close the distance and clinch up but DeLeon swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mcclain throws the left hand but DeLeon avoids the punch easily.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Mcclain drives through with a takedown into DeLeon's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mcclain accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Mcclain is looking to work some ground and pound but DeLeon has wrist control.

DeLeon manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
DeLeon won't let Mcclain get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mcclain is squirming around, avoiding DeLeon's attempts to control the action.
Mcclain is trying to escape the mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Mark DeLeon will probably get the nod - 10:9.

DeLeon wants to work for an arm triangle but Mcclain is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Mcclain shoots for a double leg takedown but DeLeon sprawls well. He's pushed Mcclain's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
DeLeon swats away the attempt to clinch by Mcclain.

Mcclain is looking to clinch but DeLeon is avoiding it.
Mcclain throws a sloppy head kick
and DeLeon counters with a low kick, right behind Mcclain 's knee.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mcclain.

Mcclain tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but DeLeon swivels and escapes.

DeLeon moves out of range of the body kick.

DeLeon gets caught flat footed, as Mcclain shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

DeLeon has his feet on Mcclain's thighs here. He's pushed Mcclain off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Mcclain screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
