Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John McLachlan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaheli Sonni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McLachlan might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Funeral For a Friend - 'History'. The crowd seem to be enjoying Sonni's choice of entrance music: Chica. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLachlan dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Sonni throws a shot to the body.
McLachlan moves out of range as Sonni strikes.
Sonni misses with a body kick.
Sonni stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
McLachlan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
McLachlan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sonni defends well and McLachlan ends up having to push Sonni into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
McLachlan tries to score a body lock takedown but Sonni shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Sonni breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sonni buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
McLachlan misses with a takedown attempt - Sonni sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

McLachlan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sonni connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! McLachlan scrambles back to his feet.
Sonni lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McLachlan circles away quickly and effectively.
