Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Barry Zuckerkorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tenchi Mu Yo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Barry Zuckerkorn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tenchi Mu Yo! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mu Yo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Mu Yo is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Zuckerkorn keeping moving, preventing Mu Yo from controlling successfully. Mu Yo working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Zuckerkorn manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Zuckerkorn tries to control but Mu Yo wriggling away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zuckerkorn unloads with some shots from mount but Mu Yo bucks and avoids them well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mu Yo tries to reverse the position but Zuckerkorn maintains control. Mu Yo tries to lock up and control but Zuckerkorn gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Zuckerkorn wants to control the pace but Mu Yo is squirming around nicely. Mu Yo gets back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mu Yo is defending against the submission attempts here by Zuckerkorn.
Zuckerkorn is trying to control the action in half guard but Mu Yo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Zuckerkorn content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
We're going to have a standup here because Barry Zuckerkorn wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Mu Yo tries for a takedown but Zuckerkorn circles away easily enabling Zuckerkorn to counter with a crisp jab. Mu Yo has managed to clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mu Yo drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Zuckerkorn gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Mu Yo gets a trip takedown into half guard. Mu Yo wants to work for an arm triangle but Zuckerkorn is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Zuckerkorn moves into full guard.
Zuckerkorn is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Mu Yo works a leg free and moves into half guard. Mu Yo perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Mu Yo is trying to control. Zuckerkorn wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Mu Yo is thwarting Zuckerkorn's attempts to control the position. Zuckerkorn is defending against the submission attempts here by Mu Yo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zuckerkorn is refusing to be controlled, as Mu Yo sits in half guard. Zuckerkorn manages to get to full guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Zuckerkorn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mu Yo is one step ahead there. Mu Yo trying to control but Zuckerkorn is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Zuckerkorn trying to control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Tenchi Mu Yo will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Mu Yo with a poor takedown and Zuckerkorn counters with a left to the body. Zuckerkorn throws a hook to the side of Mu Yo's head but Mu Yo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Mu Yo fails with a takedown attempt. Zuckerkorn slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
It looks like Tenchi Mu Yo has been cut. Mu Yo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Barry Zuckerkorn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tenchi Mu Yo. Mu Yo has his takedown stuffed and Zuckerkorn counters with a lovely shot to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Zuckerkorn connects with a jab. Mu Yo misses with a takedown and Zuckerkorn counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Mu Yo gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Zuckerkorn counters with a crisp right that sends Mu Yo to the canvas! Zuckerkorn follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
