The fight stays on the outside here - Omondi looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

so Holder counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Holder makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Holder is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Holder throwing strikes from guard but Omondi blocks nicely.
Holder's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Holder has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at The Sweat Lodge. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Holder changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Omondi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
