Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hung Lo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Gun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Gun's choice of entrance music: The Tommy Gun. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lo misses the shot to the body.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Gun has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Lo lands a nice hook to Gun's body. Gun takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Lo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gun paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Lo drives through and clinches with Gun against the cage.

Lo misses with a leg kick

and Gun decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lo's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Gun gets to his feet. Lo looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Lo throws a looping overhand right but Gun ducks down to avoid it.

Lo connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Gun momentarily.

It looks like Tommy Gun has been cut.

Gun uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lo.

Lo tries to clinch there but Gun circles away.
Lo throws a body punch but Gun moves out of range.

Lo darts in and clinches Gun up against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Lo rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Gun makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Lo with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

and Gun counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Gun.
Lo has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Lo wants to break the clinch but can't.
Gun has Lo pressed against the cage, preventing Lo from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Lo is trying to break the clinch but Gun is controlling him.
Gun is working for takedown but Lo is calmly controlling the position for now.

Hung Lo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gun slips under a jab.
Lo lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Gun backs up against the cage.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Lo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gun moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lo tries to clinch up.
Good shot there by Lo.
Gun takes one to the side of the head.

Lo drops Gun with a beautiful combination! Gun stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Lo is looking for the KO!

Gun is rocked!
Hung Lo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lo looks to throw the jab but Gun is out of range.
and Lo counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Gun! He's just covering up as Lo starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
