Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kokz Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Weidman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kokz Slice could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Chris Weidman's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chris Weidman!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and David Hoff.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weidman fails with an attempt to clinch.

Weidman gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Slice to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Slice thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Slice got a little sloppy there for a moment and Weidman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Slice has managed to get both his arms back between Weidman's legs - danger averted.

Slice decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Slice fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Weidman, pushing him back against the cage.
Weidman is looking to break free of the clinch but Slice has double underhooks.
Slice wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
A short body shot lands from Weidman as the two fighters clinch.
Slice fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Slice tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Weidman smiles and moves away.
Slice swats away the attempt to clinch by Weidman.
Slice fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kokz Slice. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Weidman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Slice.

A left and a right from Weidman both land. Nice combination.


It looks like Kokz Slice has been cut.

Slice shoots in and bounces Weidman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Slice won't allow Weidman to get back to his feet.
Slice is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Weidman wants to clinch up but Slice keeps it at a distance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Slice tries to land a leg kick but Weidman saw it coming and moves away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Slice tries to clinch there but Weidman circles away.
Slice is looking to clinch.

That's time! Slice's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Slice seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Weidman for as long as he can get away with.
Weidman has momentary wrist control but Slice slips an elbow through the middle.

Kokz Slice has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Slice fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Weidman plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Weidman doesn't manage to clinch there - Slice circles away.

Slice drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Slice is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Weidman is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Weidman has escaped and now he's on top!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Slice has his feet on Weidman's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Weidman blocks a head kick by Slice.

Slice shoots in and drives through. Weidman sprawls well.
Slice throws a nice looking combination but Weidman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Slice avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kokz Slice is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Slice shoots in and bounces Weidman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Weidman wants to sweep but no luck.
Slice slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Slice decides to stand up, so the ref orders Weidman to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Slice avoids the head kick by Weidman.
Weidman is breathing heavily.
Weidman tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Slice paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Slice fails in his attempt to clinch.

Slice shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Weidman's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Weidman is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Slice controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Slice's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Slice is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Weidman is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Weidman flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Slice anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Weidman and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Slice slips an arm under Weidman chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Slice has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Slice is squeezing on Weidman like an anaconda would it's prey. Weidman fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Kokz Slice!
