Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lubomir Aleksandrowicz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ippo Ribeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ribeiro is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by bubble pop. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Ippo Ribeiro! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A shot to the liver by Aleksandrowicz. Beautiful body shot. Ribeiro keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Ribeiro looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Aleksandrowicz! Aleksandrowicz manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Ribeiro is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Ribeiro seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Aleksandrowicz does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ribeiro connects with a nice short shot to Aleksandrowicz's temple. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ribeiro controlling the action here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Aleksandrowicz gets full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Aleksandrowicz is trying to keep Ribeiro in close.
Ribeiro wants to stand but Aleksandrowicz has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Aleksandrowicz can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ribeiro controls the pace.

Ribeiro is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Ribeiro utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Ribeiro has his feet on Aleksandrowicz's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Aleksandrowicz gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ribeiro to score an easy takedown into full guard. Ribeiro tries to free his leg and advance position but Aleksandrowicz is retaining full guard. Ribeiro scoring with some ground and pound. Ribeiro lands a couple of decent looking shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Aleksandrowicz throws some shots to the body, keeping his opponent honest.

Aleksandrowicz keeping moving, preventing Ribeiro from controlling successfully. Ribeiro engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Aleksandrowicz striking off his back but it's not causing Ribeiro any problems. Aleksandrowicz seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Ribeiro looking to pass the guard. Ribeiro stays in close to Aleksandrowicz's body and controls the position. Aleksandrowicz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Aleksandrowicz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Aleksandrowicz drops back looking for a leg! Ribeiro is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ribeiro manages to kick Aleksandrowicz off! Aleksandrowicz jumps back into Ribeiro's guard. Ribeiro wants to stand and escape but Aleksandrowicz is having none of it. Aleksandrowicz trying to control but Ribeiro is working from the bottom. Aleksandrowicz won't allow Ribeiro to get back to his feet. Aleksandrowicz wants to control from the top but Ribeiro keeps moving. Ribeiro wants to get back to his feet but Aleksandrowicz is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Lubomir Aleksandrowicz just wasn't active enough. Ribeiro scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Ribeiro stands up. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Aleksandrowicz gets caught napping as Ribeiro dives in and scores a takedown. Aleksandrowicz manages to retain guard. Ribeiro wants to get up but he can't break Aleksandrowicz's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Ribeiro trying to control the position from guard on top but Aleksandrowicz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ribeiro avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Aleksandrowicz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ribeiro postures up.

Aleksandrowicz had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ribeiro defends it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ippo Ribeiro dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Ribeiro closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Aleksandrowicz to the mat! Aleksandrowicz manages to get full guard. Ribeiro looking to sit in guard and control but Aleksandrowicz gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Ribeiro wriggles free and stands up. Ribeiro throws the left hand but Aleksandrowicz avoids the punch easily. Ribeiro dives in and scores a takedown into Aleksandrowicz's guard. Aleksandrowicz will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Aleksandrowicz looking for submissions off his back. Ribeiro postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Aleksandrowicz to stand up. Ribeiro feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Ribeiro working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Ribeiro trying to control but Aleksandrowicz is working from the bottom. Ribeiro must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Ippo Ribeiro. Ribeiro bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Ribeiro controls the position from side control. Ribeiro blocks the strikes from Aleksandrowicz.
Ribeiro in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Aleksandrowicz is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Aleksandrowicz is looking to regain half guard here but Ribeiro keeps moving and retains side control. You can see the frustration on Aleksandrowicz's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The referee takes a look at Aleksandrowicz to see if he's OK. Ribeiro looks up at the clock and then as Aleksandrowicz takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Ribeiro smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Aleksandrowicz's shoulder. That is not cool. Ribeiro trying to control the position but Aleksandrowicz is working away. Aleksandrowicz is trying to control Ribeiro's posture but Ribeiro avoids it.

Aleksandrowicz gets a clinch. Aleksandrowicz pulls guard. Ribeiro throws an elbow that misses. Aleksandrowicz uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Ribeiro's guard. Nice move by Aleksandrowicz! Ribeiro is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Aleksandrowicz is controlling him. The fighters are working up against the cage. Ribeiro manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Ribeiro turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Ribeiro manages to end up in side control. Aleksandrowicz can't do much from the bottom here. Ribeiro decides to stand back up. Ribeiro steps back and let's Aleksandrowicz get back to his feet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ribeiro shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Aleksandrowicz napping and manages to drive through into side control! Ribeiro takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Ribeiro decides to stand back up. Ribeiro steps back and let's Aleksandrowicz get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aleksandrowicz goes for a double leg but Ribeiro avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ribeiro continues to drive forward. Ribeiro is trying to trip Aleksandrowicz. He has hold of a leg but Aleksandrowicz is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ribeiro persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Aleksandrowicz is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ribeiro is aware though and is defending well. Ribeiro is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Aleksandrowicz working a defensive guard here.
Ribeiro gets to his feet. Aleksandrowicz looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Aleksandrowicz shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ribeiro sprawls well. Ribeiro wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Aleksandrowicz gets slowly back to his feet. Aleksandrowicz gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ribeiro wants to pass the guard but Aleksandrowicz is keeping the position. Ippo Ribeiro is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Ribeiro wants to stand but Aleksandrowicz has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Ribeiro trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ribeiro is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Ribeiro looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Ippo Ribeiro hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Aleksandrowicz shoots in for a takedown but Ribeiro shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Ribeiro gets the takedown into side control. Aleksandrowicz wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land. Ribeiro is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Aleksandrowicz will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
And that's the end of the fight! Ippo Ribeiro comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Ribeiro winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
