Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cormier misses with a takedown attempt - Barnes sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Barnes lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Cormier at a distance.

Cormier takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Barnes connects with a nasty looking knee right to Cormier's face.

Barnes tries a body shot but Cormier blocks it.
Cormier seems to have recovered his senses.
Cormier is trying desperately to land a takedown but Barnes is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Cormier.

Barnes drops Cormier with a big knee straight up the middle! Cormier is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Barnes is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Cormier walks straight into a right hand from Barnes - that's dropped him! Barnes jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Cormier from any more punishment! Cormier complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
