Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Danny Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ju Parks! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Parks gets back to full guard.

Jones prevents Parks from getting back to his feet. Jones wants to control from the top but Parks keeps moving. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jones accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jones throws a big elbow that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Jones is pushing down on Parks's leg trying to pass to half guard. Parks is fighting to maintain full guard but Jones has managed to sneak the leg through. Jones stops Parks from getting back to his feet.
Jones definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Jones sitting and controlling from the half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones trying to control from half guard but Parks is working away. Jones not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones wants to lay and pray for a moment but Parks keeps working. Jones tries to pass to full mount but Parks defends it. Jones lands strikes from half guard. Parks is refusing to be controlled, as Jones sits in half guard. Parks trying to control but Jones postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones wants to work for an arm triangle but Parks is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Parks wants to get back to full guard. Jones is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Jones seems to be working for a kimura but Parks defends the submission attempt. Jones is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Parks reverses the position - he's now on top in Jones's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Parks won't allow Jones to get back to his feet. Jones manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Jones tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Parks defends well and Jones ends up having to push Parks into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jones can't get the takedown.
Parks working hard to break the clinch. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Parks avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Danny Jones dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Parks throws a right and a left that Jones avoids nicely. Jones throws a series of punches but Parks moves out of range. Parks misses with a wild combination.
Jones misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jones clinches up against the cage. Jones can't find room to land a body shot as Parks controls the action.
Jones has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Parks is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Jones fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jones jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Parks walks away with a smile on his face. Jones gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Danny Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jones fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Parks, pushing him back against the cage. Jones wants to take the fight to the mat but Parks manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Jones is working for takedown but Parks is calmly controlling the position for now. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Parks tries to break free but Jones pushes him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jones tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Parks swivels and escapes. Parks throws a nice looking combination but Jones bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Jones is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Parks. Jones fails with a takedown attempt. Danga de danga de dang - Parks scores with a four punch combination! Danny Jones is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Parks rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jones moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Parks lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jones backs up against the cage.
Parks lands with a nice combination. Jones backs away looking to recover. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Parks attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Jones tries to close the distance and clinch but Parks swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Parks blocks a head kick by Jones.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Parks sprawls well. Parks wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jones gets slowly back to his feet. Parks throws a series of strikes that have Jones backpedaling.
Parks misses with a wild combination.
Jones shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Parks but Parks pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jones scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Parks manages to get to full guard.
Jones is looking to work some ground and pound but Parks has wrist control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones stops Parks from standing up. Jones works a leg free and moves into half guard. Parks is refusing to be controlled, as Jones sits in half guard. Parks tries to kick Jones off but Jones keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Parks keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Danny Jones overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Parks doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jones. Well, if Jones is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Parks avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Jones. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Ju Parks will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Parks lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jones circles away quickly and effectively. Jones fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Parks manages to avoid it. Jones shoots in for a takedown but Parks shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Jones throws a sloppy head kick and Parks moves out of range easily. Parks rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jones moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Parks works Jones's body with a nice hook. Parks gets tackled into the cage by Jones. Jones maintains the clinch. Jones is trying to pull guard but Parks turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Jones tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Danny Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jones can't get the takedown.
Parks wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jones has him pressed against the cage. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Parks wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parks is pressed up against the cage. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Parks down to the mat. Parks avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Jones shoots in looking for a takedown. Parks tries to sprawl out of it but Jones keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Parks manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Parks throws a one two combo.
Parks looks to land a combination. Jones sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Parks pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Jones back to the cage. Parks follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Jones looks for a takedown but Parks sprawls well. Parks pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Parks leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. A right-left combo lands from Parks. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A nice combination there by Parks.

Jones looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Parks shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jones but Jones pushes him off and we're back to square one. No luck with that takedown attempt from Jones. Parks misses with a series of wild punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones swinging wildly here.
Jones will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Jones is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Parks. Ju Parks seems to be getting the better of the standup. Parks bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. The fighters circle momentarily. Parks darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jones is defended easily by Parks. A nice combination there by Parks.
Parks lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Parks stuffs the takedown. Parks throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Parks fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jones gets in close and instigates a clinch. Jones goes for a takedown attempt but Parks pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Parks lands a nice shot that snaps Jones's head back.
Danga de danga de dang - Parks scores with a four punch combination! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Parks misses with a wild combination.
Parks gets tackled into the cage by Jones. Jones maintains the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Ju Parks comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Parks has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
