Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matt Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chico Dicko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dicko blocks a jab.
Dicko fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hughes has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hughes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dicko moves away.
Dicko sizes up Hughes with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Hughes fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Dicko takes one on the button.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Hughes blocks a jab.
Dicko defending well as Hughes loads up on a big left hand.
Hughes throws a body punch but Dicko moves out of range.
Hughes ducks right into an uppercut from Dicko.
Hughes on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dicko. Dicko obviously looking to wear him down.

Hughes slips a jab and a cross from Dicko.
Dicko ducks under a wild hook from Hughes.
Hughes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Matt Hughes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dicko lands a nice hook to Hughes's body. Hughes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hughes takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Dicko takes a jab right on the kisser.
Hughes throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Dicko misses with a few strikes there.
Hughes lands the left hand.
Nice uppercut lands for Dicko. That snapped Hughes's head back.

Dicko swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hughes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dicko.
Hughes bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Hughes misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hughes. Dicko does a little dance to reset his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dicko lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Hughes lands a nice shot to the body.
Dicko scores with a jab to the jaw.
Dicko takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Dicko is rocked!
Hughes plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Dicko to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Dicko just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
