Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drew Pinksy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wango Tango (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tango is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Super Bon Bon - Soul Coughing. Drew Pinksy had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
45 - 33 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Drew Pinksy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wango Tango! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pinksy tries a head kick but it misses.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tango checks a leg kick. Pinksy lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Pinksy. Tango gets in close and instigates a clinch. Tango tries to circle away but Pinksy has him pinned against the cage. A body shot lands from Pinksy.
A short left from Tango. Tango keeps control of Pinksy as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Tango pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Tango lands with a right hand. No joy there for Tango, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Tango fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tango throws a nice looking combination but Pinksy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Pinksy throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Tango's head. Tango misses with a straight right. Tango throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pinksy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tango. Tango jabbing away but nothing is landing. Tango clinches up against the cage. Tango told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight. Tango's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tango takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Pinksy has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Tango moves in looking to clinch but Pinksy pushes him off. Pinksy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Tango throws a right and a left that Pinksy avoids nicely. Pinksy connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Tango tumbling to the canvas! Pinksy pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Tango was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Drew Pinksy! Drew Pinksy decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
