Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Heikko Saarinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Vims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saarinen comes to the cage accompanied by Thanks all!. Vims has chosen Alborosie – La Revolucion as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Heikko Saarinen has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Heikko Saarinen seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Daniel Cesar and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Saarinen - that will leave a mark!
Vims digs a good body shot into Saarinen's ribs.
Vims tests Saarinen's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Saarinen gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Vims throws a leg kick
and Saarinen makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Saarinen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Vims loads up on a big right hand but Saarinen slips the punch.
Vims tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Saarinen is able to avoid easily.
A punch combination from Vims misses.
Vims thows a body shot but no joy.
We've been told by Saarinen's head coaches at Tenacity Elite - 17 Coaches that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Donk. Vims catches Saarinen right on the button with a cross.
Saarinen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vims was well out of range. Poor timing from Saarinen.
Saarinen throws a shot from downtown. Vims moves away and avoids it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Saarinen takes one to the side of the head.
Saarinen is rocked!
Saarinen walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Vims swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Paul Vims!
An out of breath Paul Vims thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
