Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Quinton Aguirre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Adam Sergejevic! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sergejevic connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Sergejevic jabs Aguirre to the body, keeping him at a distance. Sergejevic's corner calls for a 1-2. Sergejevic obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Quinton Aguirre has been cut. Sergejevic forces Aguirre back against the cage and clinches. A short left from Sergejevic. Sergejevic tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Aguirre's elbow. Sergejevic swings wildly with an uppercut but Aguirre uses good head movement to avoid it. Sergejevic working aggressively here.
Sergejevic being controlled against the cage. Sergejevic keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Aguirre's efforts to push away. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Aguirre blocking some punches.

That's one minute gone in the round. Sergejevic is pressed up against the cage. Aguirre has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sergejevic down to the mat. Sergejevic avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Sergejevic cracks Aguirre with an open hand slap. Aguirre wants to clinch. Aguirre really is a fat lump. Aguirre fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sergejevic avoids it really well and circles away. Sergejevic throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sergejevic is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Aguirre fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Quinton Aguirre. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sergejevic lands a jab to the head.
Sergejevic lands a hook that stumbles Aguirre back into the cage. Sergejevic follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Aguirre to the canvas! Sergejevic pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Aguirre has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
