The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgregor clinches up with Peixoto and pushes him back against the cage.
Mcgregor misses with a knee strike.
Peixoto blocks an uppercut.
Mcgregor misses with a punch on the inside.
Peixoto has picked Mcgregor up - he's going for a ride! Peixoto dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Peixoto is looking to take a break and control but Mcgregor is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Peixoto in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Mcgregor tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Peixoto!
