Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kent Phillips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robin Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Phillips might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Black Skinhead. Smith has chosen Bulls On Parade - Rage Against The Machine as his entrance music. Robin Smith has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a good cross that connects.
Smith misses with a two punch combination.
Smith has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Phillips is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Smith throws a right and a left that Phillips avoids nicely.
Phillips swings for the body but Smith moves out of range.
Phillips will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Phillips ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Smith moves away.
Phillips doesn't manage to clinch there - Smith circles away.
Smith misses with a straight left.
Phillips fails in his attempt to clinch.
Phillips tests Smith's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Robin Smith has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smith displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Phillips throws out the jab.
The fighters circling - Phillips throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Smith gets tackled into the cage by Phillips. Phillips maintains the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Phillips escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Phillips lands a big head kick that sends Smith to the canvas! Phillips follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kent Phillips!
As Kent Phillips got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: This is going to be my last fight in HWP as im going to move foward in my career, just want thank HWP for making me the fighter i am today, farewell.'.
