Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between William Joseph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joseph comes to the cage accompanied by TEARS FOR FEARS - SHOUT. Power is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Max is coming, better be ready.... Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 36 - 23 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Max Power!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Phil Schofield and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power with a hook.
Power cracks Joseph with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Joseph tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Power counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Joseph tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Power was well out of range. Poor timing from Joseph.
Power throws a hook but Joseph blocks it.
Power thumps Joseph with a low kick.
Power swats away the attempt to clinch by Joseph.
Joseph looks for a takedown but Power sprawls well.
Power takes a swing at Joseph's ribcage but misses.
William Joseph seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

I was talking to Joseph's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Well Power has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
