Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anti Satosari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Satosari might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Primo Victoria. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Satosari walks into a stiff left hand from Diaz.
Satosari throws a leg kick that misses.

The fighters circle momentarily. Diaz darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Satosari moves in looking to clinch but Diaz pushes him off.
Satosari throws a low kick but Diaz moves out of range easily.

Diaz has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Satosari jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Satosari enables Diaz to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Satosari manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Satosari got a little sloppy there for a moment and Diaz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Satosari has managed to get both his arms back between Diaz's legs - danger averted.

Diaz isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Satosari stacks Diaz on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Satosari!

Diaz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Satosari swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Diaz advances to half guard.
Diaz working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Satosari's thigh. Satosari counters though and makes it back to full guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Anti Satosari.
Well Diaz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
