The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frankie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Conner fails with a takedown attempt.
Conner slips a jab and a cross from Frankie.
Frankie lands a nice hook to Conner's body. Conner takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Conner shoots in but Frankie avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Frankie goes for a double leg but Conner avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Conner continues to drive forward.
Conner is trying to break the clinch but Frankie has him pressed against the cage.
Frankie wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Conner tries to pull guard but Frankie won't allow it.

Conner is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Frankie moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
