Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keith Raw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerome Frazier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raw kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is DMX - X Gonna Give It To Ya. Keith Raw is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Keith Raw! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jerome Frazier! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frazier swats away the attempt to clinch by Raw. Frazier takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Frazier ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Raw moves away. Raw gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Raw pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Raw lands with a nice body punch. Raw looks to land a body kick but Frazier moved away. Raw looks to score with a jab to the body but Frazier is just out of range. Frazier misses the jab. We've been hearing reports that Raw has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Raw looks to land a combination but Frazier avoids it well. Frazier slips a jab and a cross from Raw.

A combination from Frazier does no damage. Raw shoots in looking for a takedown. Frazier tries to sprawl out of it but Raw keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Frazier manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Keith Raw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Raw showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Frazier.

and Frazier cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A punch combination from Frazier misses. Raw takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Raw fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Raw throws a right and a left that both miss. Raw fails with an attempt to clinch.
A good leg kick by Raw. Frazier slips a straight right by Raw. Frazier uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Raw closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Raw pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Raw throws an overhand right that lands on Frazier's shoulder, as Frazier tries to avoid the shot. Raw works over Frazier's head and body with a nice combination. An inside leg kick lands from Raw. Raw fails with an attempt to clinch.

Raw tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Frazier manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Raw chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Frazier swings for the body but Raw moves out of range.
Raw has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Raw fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Frazier has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Frazier tries to keep at a distance but Raw has taken the fight into the clinch. Raw slowing the pace effectively.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frazier is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Frazier breaks the clinch.
Raw throws a left that rocks Frazier and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Raw dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Frazier regain composure!

It looks like Jerome Frazier has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Raw throws an elbow but Frazier slips to the side and avoids it well. Raw misses with the ground and pound. Frazier is pushing Raw's head away, looking to escape. Raw manages to hold on to the position though. A lull in the action here as Raw stalls from top position. Raw working the ground and pound but Frazier is defending the strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frazier being controlled for a moment. Frazier manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Raw not doing much here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Raw trying to control from half guard but Frazier is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Keith Raw dominated that round. The cut man is working on Jerome Frazier's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Raw looks to score with a jab to the body but Frazier is just out of range. Raw shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Frazier sprawls well. Frazier wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Raw gets slowly back to his feet. Frazier steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Raw. That one must have hurt. A punch combination from Frazier misses. Raw misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Raw uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Frazier ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Raw moves away. Raw scores with a nice strike. Raw rushes Frazier and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A shot in the inside from Raw. Frazier is still on wobbly legs! Can Raw finish him? Frazier successfully pulls guard.
Frazier seems to have recovered his senses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frazier keeping moving, preventing Raw from controlling successfully. Raw has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Raw lands a couple of digs. Frazier being controlled here, momentarily. Frazier is trying to control the position but Raw postures up. Raw trying to control but Frazier is working from the bottom. Raw in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Raw postures up in Frazier's guard and throws a big left but Frazier blocks it. Raw looking to pass the guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Raw content to stall in guard here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Raw connects with a right hand. Frazier shakes it off. Raw tries to close the distance and clinch up but Frazier swats him away and circles back towards the center. Raw tries to clinch up but Frazier circles away and keeps his distance. An inside leg kick lands from Raw. Frazier moves forwards but Raw connects with a nice, crisp jab. Raw is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Frazier can do to turn this around? Raw moves away from the strike by Frazier. Frazier throws a series of punches but Raw avoids them all with ease. Raw scores with a jab. Frazier acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Raw fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Frazier, pushing him back against the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Frazier is pressed up against the cage. Raw has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Frazier down to the mat. Frazier avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Frazier tries to bum rush Raw with a series of wild strikes but Raw uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Raw rushes Frazier and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Raw escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Frazier counters with a one-two to the body. Keith Raw is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Raw misses with a series of wild punches.
Nice sprawl there from Frazier as Raw shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keith Raw. That's going to take a lot out of him. Raw fails with an attempt to clinch.

Raw throws a nice looking combination but Frazier bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Raw scores with a one two! Frazier had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Frazier looks to land a combination. Raw sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Raw showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Frazier.

Frazier throws a combination that misses and Raw counters with a right hand to the body. Frazier's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Raw tries to clinch up but Frazier circles away and keeps his distance. Raw shoots in and bounces Frazier off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Raw wants to pass the guard but Frazier is keeping the position. Frazier working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Raw.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Raw lands a couple of decent looking shots. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Raw throws a big elbow that misses. Raw distracts Frazier with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Raw is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Keith Raw overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Raw is working Frazier over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Raw seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Raw accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Raw trying to control but Frazier is working from the bottom. Jerome Frazier has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Frazier looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Keith Raw is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Frazier is trying to keep Raw in close.
Raw controlling from the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Frazier trying to control the position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Frazier keeps the fight on the outside. Sloppy strikes from Raw. Those never looked like landing. Raw connects with a body shot that sends Frazier's belly button to the back. A good leg kick by Raw. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Frazier misses with an uppercut. Raw connects with a body shot. Frazier takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
And that's the end of the fight! Keith Raw showed his dominance in that final round. Well Raw has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
