Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Toyama Tokanawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eagle Stanley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eagle Stanley told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Toyama Tokanawa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Eagle Stanley! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stanley thumps Tokanawa with a low kick. Stanley throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tokanawa. Tokanawa showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stanley.
Stanley has closed the distance and engaged Tokanawa in a clinch.
Tokanawa wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Stanley has him pressed against the cage. We've been hearing reports that Tokanawa has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Tokanawa tries to pull guard but Stanley holds him up against the cage and eventually Tokanawa drops back down to his feet.
Tokanawa is trying to push Stanley away but Stanley has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Stanley tries to break the clinch but Tokanawa is controlling the position. Stanley breaks the clinch.
Stanley scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. A punch combination from Stanley misses. Tokanawa tries to keep at a distance but Stanley has taken the fight into the clinch. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Stanley is trying to push Tokanawa away but Tokanawa has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tokanawa can't break the clinch.
Tokanawa is working for takedown but Stanley is calmly controlling the position for now. Tokanawa wants to break the clinch but can't.
Tokanawa tries to break free but Stanley pushes him back against the cage. Stanley manages to break the clinch.
Stanley works over Tokanawa's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Toyama Tokanawa has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Stanley fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tokanawa looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Eagle Stanley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tokanawa is breathing heavily. Stanley batters Tokanawa with a massive right followed by a huge left! Tokanawa is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Stanley lands a final crushing right hand to drop Tokanawa to the mat with a gruesome thud! Stanley is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Eagle Stanley!
