Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jospeh Pollard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Delat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jospeh Pollard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ben Delat! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Fedor Mirinova and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pollard is defended easily by Delat. Delat scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Ground and pound from Delat. Pollard has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Delat is working away from the top position though. Pollard is looking to improve his position.
Delat wants to pass to mount but Pollard is defending the position. Pollard is trying to control but can't.
Pollard looking for submissions off his back. Delat landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Delat works his way into side control. Delat lands some shots froms side control. Delat tries for a kimura but Pollard is defending well. Delat landing strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pollard can't do much from the bottom here. Pollard tries to get back to half guard but can't. Delat is chipping away with strikes.

Pollard is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Delat advances nicely into full mount. Oh Pollard is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Delat landing strikes from the mount. This has been an exciting period of action! Delat postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Pollard badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Delat around the waist but Delat pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Delat is the winner by TKO! Delat jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ben Delat!
