Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Samoa Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and All Ive (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ive has chosen DMX - Party Up as his entrance music. All Ive told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ive throws a right and a left that Joe avoids nicely.

Ive looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ive pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Joe drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ive is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Joe is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Joe working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Ive's head.
Joe stays in close to Ive's body and controls the position.
Joe is looking to work some ground and pound but Ive has wrist control.

Joe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ive swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Joe slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Joe shoots in and bounces Ive off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Ive has momentary wrist control but Joe slips an elbow through the middle.
Joe might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Joe takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Joe lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Joe is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Ive!

Ive is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Ive struggling a bit here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ive wants to get back to his feet.
Ive tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.
Joe lands a nice shot to the head.

Joe lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Ive in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Ive tries to lock up and control but Joe gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Ive takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Joe has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Ive's face.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Joe cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

All Ive has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Ive is in a horrible position here. Joe smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Samoa Joe showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Joe has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
