Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Orvech Venor!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Viktor Lagutenko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Venor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Venor throws a jab when Pearson was well out of range.
Venor throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pearson on the side of the head.
Venor looks to score with a jab to the body but Pearson is just out of range.
Venor throws a series of punches but Pearson avoids them all with ease.
Venor fails to land with a series of punches.
Venor cracks Pearson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Pearson takes one on the button.
It looks like German Pearson has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Venor scores with a jab. Pearson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Pearson is rocked!
Venor throws a big shot that misses.
Oh Pearson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A swing and a miss from Venor.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Venor fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pearson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Pearson is breathing heavily.
Venor misses with an uppercut.
Pearson slips under a jab from Venor.
Pearson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Venor throws out the jab.
Venor is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Venor steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Pearson is out on his feet! Venor sets himself and nearly takes Pearson's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Orvech Venor!
Orvech Venor took his opportunity to call for a title shot in his post fight interview.
