Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ovaltine Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Tiger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Tiger has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ovaltine Jenkins's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ovaltine Jenkins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Tiger! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tiger closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Jenkins tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Tiger presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Tiger postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Jenkins looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jenkins really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Jenkins tries to hold on but Tiger pushes him away. Jenkins slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Jenkins wants to control but Tiger is keeping busy.
Tiger lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tiger is figuring out what he wants to do next. Tiger wants to stand up but Jenkins manages to regain full guard. Tiger stands and steps away. Jenkins gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Tiger shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Jenkins throws a head kick but Tiger moves out of range.
Tiger doesn't manage to clinch there - Jenkins circles away.
Tiger keeps the fight on the outside. Jenkins shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jenkins was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tiger can't escape the position.
Tiger is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. A nice elbow there by Jenkins. Tiger tries to get back to half guard but can't. Tiger is squirming around, avoiding Jenkins's attempts to control the action. Tiger wants to control but Jenkins is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tiger is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Jenkins prevents Tiger from getting the reversal. Jenkins sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Tiger really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jenkins scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Tiger is looking to get to half guard. Jenkins jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Tiger is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Tiger and Jenkins has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Jenkins wants to control but Tiger is keeping him busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but John Tiger will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Tiger drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Jenkins lands a couple of shots from the bottom.
Tiger stopping the sweep attempt from Jenkins. Tiger gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Ovaltine Jenkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tiger has taken the fight to the clinch.
Tiger using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jenkins has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Tiger drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins looking to stall.
Tiger escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tiger moves into range and connects with a jab. Jenkins misses with a takedown and Tiger counters with a big head kick but Jenkins shrugs it off.
Jenkins is rocked! Tiger closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tiger lands in his opponent's guard. Tiger stopping the sweep attempt from Jenkins. Tiger advances position into side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jenkins can't do much from the bottom here. Jenkins is looking to regain half guard here but Tiger keeps moving and retains side control. Jenkins is working hard here to advance position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tiger is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Jenkins will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Tiger decides to take the fight back to the feet. Tiger changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jenkins looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Tiger passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Jenkins! Jenkins wants to try and get back to his feet. Tiger controlling from mount. Jenkins has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tiger is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Jenkins defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Jenkins looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Jenkins is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Tiger showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Tiger darts in and clinches Jenkins up against the cage. Tiger tries to pull guard but Jenkins won't allow it.
Jenkins fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jenkins drops down looking for an ankle pick but Tiger pulls his leg out and moves away.
Tiger rushes Jenkins and presses him up against the cage. Tiger successfully pulls guard.
Jenkins wants to control from the top but Tiger keeps moving. Tiger bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jenkins's guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Tiger sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tiger thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Tiger trying to control the position from guard on top but Jenkins is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jenkins is striking off his back. Tiger thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Jenkins trying to hold on to Tiger's head to control him but Tiger postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Tiger gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jenkins counters with a slapping leg kick. Tiger feints and as Jenkins raises his hands in defense, Tiger changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Tiger working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tiger sitting in guard here, content to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tiger slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Jenkins stops Tiger from passing to mount. Tiger stands up. Jenkins misses with a takedown and Tiger counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Tiger. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ovaltine Jenkins. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jenkins wants to control the position but Tiger says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Tiger works his way into full mount! Jenkins tries to lock up and control but Tiger gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Tiger in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Jenkins can't escape the position.
And that's the end of the fight! John Tiger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Tiger has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
