Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vince Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominic Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morgan is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hollywood Undead - Undead. Vince Green has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Vince Green! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dominic Morgan! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Dirk Anderson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Green clinches up against the cage. Morgan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Morgan has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Green is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Green gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Morgan regains guard.
Green drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Green jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Green trying to control the position from guard on top but Morgan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Morgan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Morgan wants to stand up but Green is controlling him. Green trying to control but Morgan is working from the bottom. Green looking to pass the guard. Green is working hard here to advance position. Green wants to control from the top but Morgan keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Vince Green. Morgan fails in his attempt to clinch. Morgan gets caught flat footed, as Green shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Morgan keeping moving, preventing Green from controlling successfully. Morgan working for a triangle but Green defends it easily.
Morgan has his hands on Green's head, controlling the position. Morgan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Green. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Green seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

We're going to have a standup here because Vince Green wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Green shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Morgan napping and manages to drive through into side control! Green tries for a kimura but Morgan is defending well. Green wants to lay and pray for a moment but Morgan keeps working. Morgan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Green stands up and we're back to a striking position. Green pushes Morgan up against the cage in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Green can't break the clinch.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Morgan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Green walks away with a smile on his face. Morgan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Green moves into range and clinches up with Morgan. Green has Morgan pressed against the cage.
Morgan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Green shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Morgan can do anything to dispel that myth. Green wants to pass the guard but Morgan is defending well. Green not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Green escapes and gets back to his feet. Morgan gets caught napping as Green dives in and scores a takedown. Morgan manages to retain guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Green controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Green has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Green trying to control but Morgan is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Morgan can't keep his opponent in guard - Green advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Green stands up and beckons Morgan to join him on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Green is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Vince Green is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Morgan dives in and grabs Green's left leg, looking for a takedown. Green pushes down on Morgan's head and hops out. Green shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Vince Green overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Green stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Morgan to get to his feet. Green looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Green stands up and waves to Morgan to follow him. Morgan is breathing heavily. Green shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Green showed some decent athleticism there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Green passes the guard and advances to mount! Morgan wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Green.

Green thowing shots but they're missing. Green is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Morgan can do to turn this around?

Green can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Morgan is looking to escape. Green punching from mount but Morgan doing a good job of avoiding damage. Green has hold of Morgan's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Morgan manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Green seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Green throwing shots but Morgan is blocking nicely.

Green wants the takedown. Morgan is fighting it off but Green persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Morgan's guard against the cage. Green might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Green stays in close to Morgan's body and controls the position. Green stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Morgan swivels though and keeps the full guard. Dominic Morgan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Morgan doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Green working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Green avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

And that's the end of the fight! Vince Green showed his dominance in that final round. Well Green has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
