Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Irwin Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe Jones will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Irwin Lang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Jones! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jones is defended easily by Lang. Lang shoots and misses and Jones decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lang's guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Jones stands up over Lang, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Lang really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill... Jones gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Jones throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lang was covering up waiting for the punch and Jones finishes the takedown easily into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lang keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully. Lang looking to control.
Lang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jones on the ground. Lang being controlled here, momentarily. Jones passes Lang's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Lang really is a fat lump.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones trying to control the pace.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Joe Jones hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Jones moves into the clinch. Lang wants a takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones tries to stall but Lang uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Lang trying to land knees to the body.
Jones successfully pulls guard.
Lang postures up.
Jones is pulling down on Lang's head. It's preventing any offense from Lang, at least for the moment. Lang might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jones is on top in guard.
Jones controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Joe Jones. Lang avoids the body shot from Jones.
Lang misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Irwin Lang. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jones clinches. Lang jumps guard but Jones stands there with Lang around his waist. Lang gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jones has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lang avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Jones pulls Lang into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Lang frees his head nicely. Oh but Jones has switched to an armbar! Lang is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
