Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Scott Black!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Steve Erwin and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Weed looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Black turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Black manages to end up in side control.
Black wants to lay and pray for a moment but Weed keeps working.
Weed pecks away with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Weed throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
Black landing strikes.
Weed is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Weed tries to strike but it doesn't land.
Black decides to stand back up. Black steps back and let's Weed get back to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Black or perhaps it was just good defense by Weed which made him look bad.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Black working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Black seems to be working for a kimura but Weed defends the submission attempt.

Weed tries to roll over but Black keeps him under control.
Weed is pressing down on Black's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Weed seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Well Black has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
