The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franklin shoots for a double leg takedown but Mclain sprawls well. He's pushed Franklin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Franklin tries to move into range but Mclain moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Mitchel Franklin has been cut.
Franklin swings away with a body shot that misses
letting Mclain counter with a right hand.
Mclain should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Mclain fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Franklin to the ground. Mclain is now in Franklin's guard.
Franklin is rocked!
Mclain not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Oh Franklin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Franklin working a defensive guard but Mclain passes into half guard.
Mclain missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Franklin is defending against the submission attempts here by Mclain.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mclain stands up and beckons Franklin to join him on the feet.
Mclain shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Franklin is on queer street and Mclain is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
