The fighters are battling for dominant position up against the cage here. Wilson manages to get control of his opponent's head and throws a big knee - Ghost drops to the canvas! He's done! Wilson goes wild and celebrates with his corner - this is a big victory for him and to get the win in such devastating fashion will certainly boost his reputation amongst the fans!
