Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Koshu Huy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ivan Kystovsky!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huy keeps the fight on the outside.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kystovsky, right into the meat.
Kystovsky looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Kystovsky doesn't manage to clinch there - Huy circles away.
Kystovsky fakes the leg kick and cracks Huy in the body.
Kystovsky is looking to clinch but Huy is avoiding it.

Huy drives through and clinches with Kystovsky against the cage.
Kystovsky jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Huy walks away with a smile on his face. Kystovsky gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Huy cracks Kystovsky with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Huy clobbers Kystovsky with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Huy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kystovsky fails with the takedown.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kystovsky looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Huy checks the leg kick.

Huy moves into the clinch.
Kystovsky keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Huy's efforts to push away.
Kystovsky using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Huy has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kystovsky misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Huy.
Kystovsky landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Huy can't break the clinch.
Kystovsky with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Kystovsky misses with a knee strike.

Huy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Huy pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kystovsky back to the cage. Huy follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Kystovsky tries to clinch but Huy is having none of it.
Kystovsky misses with a head kick.
Kystovsky is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Huy gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Huy wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Huy's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Kystovsky wants to break the clinch but can't.

Kystovsky jumps guard.
Huy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Huy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kystovsky on the ground.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Huy is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Kystovsky has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Huy is looking to defend but Kystovsky has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Huy! Kystovsky pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Huy taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Ivan Kystovsky!
After winning the bout, Ivan Kystovsky thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
