Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Oda Nobunaga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eduard Sporw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Eduard Sporw!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sporw throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Nobunaga shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sporw but Sporw pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sporw tries to close the distance and clinch but Nobunaga swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nobunaga keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Nobunaga is looking to chop away at Sporw's legs.
Nobunaga has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Nobunaga misses with a low kick.
Sporw checks a low kick from Nobunaga.
Nobunaga is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sporw.
Sporw keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Sporw stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sporw wants it to stay on the feet.
Sporw pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Nobunaga misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sporw.
Oda Nobunaga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nobunaga shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sporw defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oda Nobunaga. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A big left from Sporw misses.
Sporw gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Nobunaga trying to control but Sporw is working from the bottom.
Sporw is looking to stand up but Nobunaga isn't so interested in that idea.
Nobunaga is pushing down on Sporw's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sporw is fighting to maintain full guard but Nobunaga has managed to sneak the leg through.
Nobunaga is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Sporw pushes Nobunaga off looking to stand but Nobunaga dives back in and keeps control.
Nobunaga wants to work for an arm triangle but Sporw is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nobunaga wants to control but Sporw is keeping him busy.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sporw pushes Nobunaga off looking to stand but Nobunaga dives back in and keeps control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sporw can do anything to dispel that myth.

Nobunaga seems to be working for a kimura but Sporw defends the submission attempt.
Sporw wants to control but Nobunaga is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Nobunaga is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sporw is just riding it out for now. Nobunaga eventually gives up the hold.
Sporw wants to get back to his feet.
Sporw is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Nobunaga has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! Sporw is tapping! This fight is all over!
