Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Bzdunek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefano Kolano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bzdunek comes to the cage accompanied by Kilka ostatnich krokow. Stefano Kolano will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, John Bzdunek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Stefano Kolano!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolano changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bzdunek tries to avoid it but Kolano manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bzdunek to the ground. Bzdunek escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kolano shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bzdunek as he avoids it easily.
Bzdunek connects with a single shot there.


It looks like Stefano Kolano has been cut.
Stefano Kolano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bzdunek misses with a two punch combination.
Horrible takedown by Kolano or perhaps it was just good defense by Bzdunek which made him look bad.
John Bzdunek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stefano Kolano.
Kolano goes for a double leg but Bzdunek avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bzdunek continues to drive forward.
Bzdunek blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Kolano is looking to break free of the clinch but Bzdunek has double underhooks.
Kolano stalling in the clinch but Bzdunek improves position.

Bzdunek manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Bzdunek looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Bzdunek is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Kolano has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bzdunek is proving hard to escape from.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bzdunek looking for a guillotine here but Kolano defends easily.

Bzdunek had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kolano defends it easily.

Bzdunek has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kolano should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Bzdunek has tightened it up now! Kolano should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
