Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between mike doucklas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Sims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, mike doucklas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dennis Sims!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sims shoots in but no luck this time.
doucklas moves into range and clinches up with Sims.
Sims is pressed up against the cage. doucklas has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sims down to the mat. Sims avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Sims fails in his attempt to clinch.
Sims has doucklas up against the cage in a clinch.
doucklas breaks the clinch.
Sims darts in trying to clinch
and doucklas counters with a solid body kick.
doucklas forces Sims back against the cage and clinches.
Sims tries to score a body lock takedown but doucklas shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Sims just leaning against doucklas, taking a breather.
Sims is trying to drag doucklas to the mat but doucklas just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
mike doucklas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dennis Sims.
Sims has doucklas pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. doucklas manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Sims changes levels and goes for a takedown here. doucklas fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Sims clinches up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sims has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics doucklas uses from the top position.
doucklas will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
doucklas tries to stand but Sims is controlling from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
doucklas is breathing heavily.
Sims trying to control the position.
Sims wants to sweep but no luck.
Sims is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Sims is pulling down on doucklas's head. It's preventing any offense from doucklas, at least for the moment.
Sims looking to hit a scissor sweep but doucklas is one step ahead there.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Sims trying to control the position.
Sims pulls doucklas in close to his closed guard and prevents doucklas from doing any damage or advancing position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Sims shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
doucklas tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sims paws at him with a jab and circles away.
doucklas really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sims shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Sims was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Sims looking for a guillotine from mount but doucklas is having none of it.

Sims scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish doucklas?
doucklas is trying desperately to improve position.
Sims landing strikes from the mount and doucklas is in trouble!
Sims connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Sims trying to control but doucklas is having none of it.

Sims cracks doucklas with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Sims controlling the position easily from mount.
doucklas is trying to escape the mount but Sims keeps good control and instead manages to take doucklas's back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dennis Sims dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Sims closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming doucklas to the mat! doucklas manages to get full guard.
Sims wants to control from the top but doucklas keeps moving.
Sims thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Sims stays in close to doucklas's body and controls the position.
Sims drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sims jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Sims advances position into side control!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Sims is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. doucklas looks calm but he's in trouble here. Sims gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. doucklas is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Sims lets go of the hold and doucklas can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Dennis Sims!
