Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyrell Allison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Golden Potato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tyrell Allison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Golden Potato!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Micheangelo Fripello and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Potato drives through and clinches with Allison against the cage.
Allison drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Allison keeps control of Potato as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Potato looking to throw knees to the head but Allison is blocking nicely.
Potato has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Allison fails to pull guard.
Potato scores with a knee to the head.
Allison tries to pull guard but Potato won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyrell Allison. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Potato struggles to land a body shot inside as Allison controls his hands.
Potato lands an elbow just above Allison 's eye.

It looks like Tyrell Allison has been cut.

Potato using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Allison has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Potato manages to break the clinch.
Golden Potato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Allison closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Potato tries to circle away but Allison has him pinned against the cage.

Potato breaks from the clinch.

Potato closes the distance and clinches.
Potato tries a knee to the head but Allison blocks it.

Potato decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Allison trying to hold on to Potato's head to control him but Potato postures up.
Potato blocks the strikes from Allison.

Allison looking for submissions off his back.
Allison has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Potato is working away from the top position though.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Allison is looking for a sweep. Potato is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Potato wants to stand up but Allison is controlling the position.
Potato is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Allison is looking to escape.
Allison moves into full guard.
Allison lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Potato!
Allison is breathing heavily.
Potato squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Potato in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Potato can't escape the position.
Allison misses with a head shot.
Potato working to try and regain half guard.
Allison lands a nice shot to the head.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Allison pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Allison controlling the pace for now.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Golden Potato will probably get the nod.

That's time! Allison's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Allison takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Potato gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Allison to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Potato is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Allison dives into side control.
Allison is looking to take a break and control but Potato is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Allison working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Potato is pushing Allison's head away, looking to escape. Allison manages to hold on to the position though.

Allison has hold of Potato's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Potato seems comfortable defending it but Allison has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Potato is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Potato is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Allison couldn't care less - he's delighted!
