Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sly Guy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, White Sons!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Sons or perhaps it was just good defense by Guy which made him look bad.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Guy prevents a takedown attempt there.
Sons tries to score a body lock takedown but Guy shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Sly Guy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of White Sons.

Guy wants to stand but Sons has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Sons has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Sons has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Guy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Guy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sons on the ground.
Sons working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Guy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Guy manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sons escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Guy gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Sons wants to sweep but no luck.
Sons trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Guy got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sons has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Guy has managed to get both his arms back between Sons's legs - danger averted.
Sons has an active guard here but Guy has managed to pass into half guard.
Sons is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Guy pulls his head out easily.

Guy moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Sons stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Guy.
Sons shoots in but Guy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sons dives in and grabs Guy's left leg, looking for a takedown. Guy pushes down on Sons's head and hops out.

Guy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sons tries to score a power double leg takedown but Guy sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sons somewhat.

Sons is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
