Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Boss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teila Tuli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Big Boss has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boss shoots and misses

and Tuli counters with a nice double leg into side control. Boss won't be happy with that.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Tuli working the ground and pound.
Tuli wants to stand but Boss has his arm trapped.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tuli wants to stand but Boss has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.
Tuli postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tuli sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tuli got a little sloppy there for a moment and Boss has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tuli has managed to get both his arms back between Boss's legs - danger averted.
Tuli controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Boss is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Tuli is aware though and is defending well.
Tuli is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Boss has a closed guard, preventing Tuli from standing up.
Tuli not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Tuli trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Tuli's corner is telling him to maintain position.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Teila Tuli.

Tuli has Boss up against the cage in a clinch.

Boss tries to pull guard but Tuli holds him up against the cage and eventually Boss drops back down to his feet.

Tuli is trying to trip Boss. He has hold of a leg but Boss is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Tuli persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Tuli has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Tuli stays in close to Boss's body and controls the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tuli works over Boss with some ground and pound from guard.

Boss looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Tuli has picked Boss up and slammed him! Boss can't keep hold of the triangle and Tuli manages to pass to side control!
Tuli wants to stand but Boss is controlling his arm.
Boss looks to move to half guard but instead Tuli has passed into mount! Damn!
Boss is in all sorts of trouble here.

Tuli with shots to the head and body - Boss looks very uncomfortable down there.
Tuli raining down shots from the mount!

Boss is in a horrible position here. Tuli smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Tuli looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Tuli working for a guillotine from mount but Boss is in no mood to give up.
Boss wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Tuli scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Boss is looking for a way out.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
I would not like to be Boss right now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Teila Tuli dominated that round.
That's time! Boss's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Tuli looking to score a takedown here. Boss is defending well but Tuli drives through and ends up in Boss's guard.
Tuli would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Tuli slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Tuli is looking to stand up but Boss won't let him.

Boss is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tuli defends well.

Tuli postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Boss is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Tuli, into his guard.

Tuli has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Boss doesn't defend quickly enough and Tuli has managed to lock this one up! Can Boss escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Tuli on a fantastic submission victory.
