The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Illya Tyunina and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Callahan misses with a body shot.
A low kick from Callahan misses
and Aikawa holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
A short uppercut from Callahan.
Callahan effectively controlling the action here.
Aikawa breaks from the clinch.
Callahan lands a nice leg kick that just misses Aikawa's sensitive parts.
Callahan seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Callahan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Aikawa takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Callahan connects with a body shot that sends Aikawa's belly button to the back.
Aikawa shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Callahan napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Callahan tries to improve position but can't.
Aikawa has an Americana. Callahan didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Aikawa is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Aikawa hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Love Aikawa!
