Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Crone Daris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, George Paul! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daris scores with a sloppy right hand. Paul should have avoided that one. Daris lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Paul circles away quickly and effectively. Paul misses with an attempted mid kick.
Paul gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Daris avoids the head kick by Paul.
Daris will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A big right from Paul misses. Daris scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Daris looks to score with a jab to the body but Paul is just out of range. Paul avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Daris throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Daris throws a nice looking combination but Paul bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A left and a right from Daris both land. Nice combination. Daris lands a nice looking body shot.
Paul misses with a right hand letting Daris counter with a right hand. Crone Daris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Daris lands a right hook to the body.
Daris throws a right hand that Paul ducks under and follows up with a left that Paul also avoids with ease. Paul misses the shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Paul lets loose with a powerful body kick. Daris will feel that in the morning. Daris will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Daris falls off balance throwing a combination
and Paul finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Daris is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Paul lands the left hand.
It looks like Crone Daris has been cut. Daris avoids the body shot from Paul.
Daris ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Paul moves away. Paul steps into range and cracks Daris with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Daris flops backwards and Paul dives into his guard looking to finish!
Daris is rocked! Hammerfist, elbow! yells Paul's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Oh Daris is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Paul is in close to Daris's body, working some short punches and elbows. Paul postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Daris covers up, he's hurt! Paul keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Paul and the ref steps in to end the fight! Paul can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
