Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between White Bread (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sef Sarmiento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, White Bread! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sef Sarmiento! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Dmitry Maklakov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sarmiento shoots in for a takedown but Bread shows good takedown defense. No luck with that takedown attempt from Sarmiento. A momentary lapse in concentration from Bread enables Sarmiento to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bread manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Sarmiento drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bread looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bread looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bread! Bread wants to stand but Sarmiento has his arm trapped. Bread knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sarmiento on the ground. Sarmiento tries to buck Bread off but Bread is having none of it. Bread tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sarmiento tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bread wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sarmiento gets back to half guard. Bread wants to stand up but Sarmiento is controlling the position.
Sarmiento is looking for a sweep. Bread is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Sarmiento is still trying to improve position. Bread prevents Sarmiento from standing back up.
Sarmiento makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Sarmiento. Sarmiento looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Bread has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sarmiento is proving hard to escape from.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bread trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sarmiento throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Bread would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Sarmiento looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bread is one step ahead there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bread wants to stand but Sarmiento has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Sarmiento has his foot on Bread's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bread works his way back into a safe position though. Sarmiento is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bread is looking to stand up but Sarmiento won't let him. This has been an exciting period of action! Bread won't allow Sarmiento to sweep him here. Sef Sarmiento dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Sarmiento shoots in looking for a takedown but Bread manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sarmiento's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Sarmiento tries for a takedown but Bread circles away easily and Bread counters with a right hand to the body. White Bread is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sarmiento dives in for a single leg takedown but Bread sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. White Bread has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sef Sarmiento. Bread wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Bread taking a breather. Sarmiento is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bread gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Bread breaks the clinch.
Sarmiento misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Sarmiento is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Bread's half guard. Sarmiento is breathing heavily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sarmiento fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bread avoids it really well and circles away. Sarmiento throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bread's waist but Bread gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sarmiento off to one side. Sarmiento gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Bread counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Sarmiento dives in for a single leg takedown but Bread sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Bread dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Bread. Bread can't break the clinch.
Bread is trying to force a seperation but Sarmiento has the dominant position. Bread breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sarmiento is defended easily by Bread. Sarmiento shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bread pinned against the cage. Bread gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
White Bread dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!

Nope, Bread circles away and we're back to standing. Sarmiento shoots for a takedown but Bread saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. White Bread has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sef Sarmiento. Sarmiento fails miserably with a takedown attempt. No luck for Sarmiento with that takedown attempt. Sarmiento closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bread circles away. Sarmiento takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Bread keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. White Bread is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Sarmiento shoots for a double leg takedown but Bread sprawls well. He's pushed Sarmiento's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Sarmiento looks for a takedown but Bread sprawls well. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sarmiento. Nice takedown defense from Bread. No joy for Sarmiento on that attempt. Sarmiento dives in and grabs Bread's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bread pushes down on Sarmiento's head and hops out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sarmiento shoots in for a double leg but Bread sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Sarmiento misses with a takedown attempt and Bread counters with a nice body shot. Sarmiento with a poor takedown and Bread cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Sef Sarmiento has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. No luck with that takedown attempt from Sarmiento. Sarmiento misses with a takedown attempt and Bread counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Sarmiento shoots in for a takedown but Bread shows good takedown defense. Sef Sarmiento seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sarmiento fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Bread displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sarmiento. Sarmiento looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bread is fending him off so far but Sarmiento persists. Nope, Bread circles away and we're back to standing. White Bread is winning the standup battle so far. Bread stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bread wants it to stay on the feet. Sarmiento shoots in for a takedown but Bread shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
And that's the end of the fight! White Bread showed his dominance in that final round. I think Bread has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
