Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Julio Travis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Oleg Dorosklov!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Illya Tyunina and Fedor Mirinova.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dorosklov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Travis counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Dorosklov shoots in looking for a takedown. Travis tries to sprawl out of it but Dorosklov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Travis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Dorosklov is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Travis sees it coming and defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dorosklov is looking for a kimura but Travis is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dorosklov to get the leverage.
Dorosklov misses with a head shot. Travis uses the momentum to regain guard.

Oleg Dorosklov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Dorosklov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Travis's waist but Travis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dorosklov off to one side.
Dorosklov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Travis pinned against the cage. Travis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Dorosklov turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Dorosklov manages to end up in side control.

Well Dorosklov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
