Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mc GInnley fails with a takedown attempt.

Chin HoKelly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Mc GInnley counters with a shoot takedown. HoKelly fights it but they end up in guard.

HoKelly is looking to stand up but Mc GInnley isn't so interested in that idea.

HoKelly wants to stand and escape but Mc GInnley is having none of it.

HoKelly has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Rob's Training Center . Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Patrick Mc GInnley.
Mc GInnley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. HoKelly tries to avoid it but Mc GInnley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag HoKelly to the ground. HoKelly escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mc GInnley throws a right and a left that both miss.

HoKelly throws a hook but Mc GInnley avoids it easily.
HoKelly connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Mc GInnley's hands.
HoKelly scores with a decent looking hook.
No luck for Mc GInnley with that takedown attempt.

Chin HoKelly is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Mc GInnley takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Mc GInnley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says HoKelly as he avoids it easily.
HoKelly avoids a punch combination nicely.
HoKelly throws a series of punches but Mc GInnley avoids them all with ease.

HoKelly lands with a short head shot on the inside.
A frustrated look appears on HoKelly's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Mc GInnley doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Mc GInnley manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

HoKelly wants to get back to striking at distance but Mc GInnley won't allow it.
HoKelly lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
HoKelly tries to throw a body punch but Mc GInnley avoids it by throwing HoKelly back against the cage.

Mc GInnley tried to land a shot to the body but connects with HoKelly's elbow.
The referee is keeping an eye on Mc GInnley - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Mc GInnley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mc GInnley darts in looking for a takedown but HoKelly gets double underhooks and turns Mc GInnley into the cage.
Mc GInnley swings wildly with an uppercut but HoKelly uses good head movement to avoid it.
HoKelly lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
HoKelly lands a hook to the side of the head.
Mc GInnley tries to pull guard but HoKelly won't allow it.

Mc GInnley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

HoKelly throws out a powerful jab.
The crowd cheers as HoKelly lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mc GInnley doesn't seem phased though.
Mc GInnley takes a shot to the body in his stride.
HoKelly throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mc GInnley moves away from the strike by HoKelly.
Mc GInnley shoots in looking for a takedown but HoKelly manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mc GInnley's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
HoKelly lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Mc GInnley can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from HoKelly and Mc GInnley drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by HoKelly.
