Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dillon is fending him off so far but Hughes persists. Nope, Dillon circles away and we're back to standing.

Dillon fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hughes to the ground. Dillon is now in Hughes's guard.
Hughes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dillon's guard.
Hughes slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Dillon trying to keep a closed guard but Hughes is proving a slippery customer.
Dillon being controlled here, momentarily.
Dillon not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

We're going to have a standup here because Sean Dillon wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Hughes gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dillon to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dillon tries to stand but Hughes is controlling from the bottom.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hughes is on top in guard.
Hughes passes Dillon's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Dillon wants to control but Hughes is keeping busy.

Hughes is trying to work for a kimura but Dillon is defending well.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hughes connects with a nice short shot to Dillon's temple.
Hughes lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Hughes works his foot free and advances to mount.
