The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Miller fails in his attempt to clinch.
Cantersol looks to land a left hand but Miller moved out of range nicely.
Miller tries to clinch up but Cantersol circles away and keeps his distance.
Miller changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cantersol looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cantersol is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Miller's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Miller prevents Cantersol from standing back up.
Cantersol kicks off Miller and gets to his feet.
Miller misses with a body kick.
Cantersol moves out of range as Miller throws a body kick.
Miller is looking to clinch.
Cantersol drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Cantersol drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cantersol jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Miller wants to stand up but Cantersol is controlling him.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Miller throws a head kick that misses.
Miller throws a push kick but Cantersol slaps the foot to one side.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Cantersol.
Cantersol is looking to take a break and control but Miller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Miller is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Cantersol has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Miller takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Cantersol decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Miller misses with a takedown
and Cantersol counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Miller's guard now.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Cantersol looking to sit in guard and control but Miller gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Cantersol kicks Miller off and gets to his feet.

Miller tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cantersol scores a takedown into full mount!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cantersol is landing with some decent strikes but Miller is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Cantersol jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Miller manages to avoid the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Miller tries to buck Cantersol off but Cantersol is having none of it.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Cantersol content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Cantersol wants to stand but Miller is controlling his posture from full guard.
Cantersol slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Miller wants to get back to full guard but Cantersol has mounted him!
Miller is trying to escape the mount.

Miller tries to lock up and control but Cantersol gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Cantersol cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Jules Cantersol overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Cantersol throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Miller has his hands clasped together but Cantersol breaks the hold and Miller is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Cantersol!
