Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brutus Beefcake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isaac Jardine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brutus Beefcake has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Brutus Beefcake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Isaac Jardine!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beefcake misses with a wild combination.
Beefcake throws a head kick that misses
and Jardine counters with a nice double leg into side control. Beefcake won't be happy with that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Beefcake can't do much from the bottom here.
Beefcake is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Beefcake tries to get to full guard but Jardine has control of the leg.
Beefcake is working hard here to advance position.

Jardine tries to pass to full mount but Beefcake defends it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Isaac Jardine hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Jardine shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Beefcake napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Beefcake tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Beefcake avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Jardine.
Beefcake is trying to get back to half guard.

Jardine content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Beefcake might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Beefcake is trying to control Jardine's posture but Jardine avoids it.
Jardine postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Beefcake is letting Jardine control him for a moment.
Beefcake is looking to reverse the position.

Jardine misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Jardine is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Beefcake will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Beefcake is trying to get back to half guard.
Beefcake looks to move to half guard but instead Jardine has passed into mount! Damn!

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Jardine blocks Beefcake's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Isaac Jardine dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Beefcake tests Jardine's chin there with a solid looking shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Beefcake. Jardine does a little dance to reset his feet.
Beefcake throws a leg kick
and Jardine counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Beefcake's guard now.
Jardine controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Jardine won't allow Beefcake to sweep him here.
Isaac Jardine has got the better of the ground game so far.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jardine postures up.
Jardine slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Isaac Jardine.
Beefcake wants to clinch up but Jardine keeps it at a distance.

Beefcake throws a head kick that misses.
Beefcake throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Beefcake is looking to clinch but Jardine is avoiding it.
A low kick from Beefcake misses
and Jardine counters with a body kick that stops Beefcake in his tracks momentarily.
Jardine is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Beefcake moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brutus Beefcake!
