Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Drunken Hermit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kuiskaaja Rajala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Drunken Hermit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kuiskaaja Rajala!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Michael Johnstone and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hermit on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Hermit looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hermit stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rajala swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rajala really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hermit. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hermit distracts Rajala with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Hermit throws a big right hand that misses.
Hermit drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hermit jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Rajala avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Hermit in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Hermit looking to pass the guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rajala can do anything to dispel that myth.
Hermit seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hermit postures up in Rajala's guard and throws a big left but Rajala blocks it.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hermit's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Rajala is looking to stand up but Hermit isn't so interested in that idea.
Hermit connects with a couple of short punches.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hermit stands and throws Rajala's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hermit has an Americana. Rajala didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Hermit is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Hermit hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Drunken Hermit!
