Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Timo Kahuna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Swap Jo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Timo Kahuna!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Swap Jo!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Peter Branson and Bart Greer.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jo slips a jab from Kahuna.
Kahuna stuffs the takedown attempt from Jo. Jo gets slowly back to his feet.
Kahuna avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jo slips a jab and a cross from Kahuna.
Timo Kahuna seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kahuna manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kahuna.
Jo scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Kahuna misses with a left hand
and Jo counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kahuna is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Kahuna displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jo.
Jo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Timo Kahuna has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Swap Jo.
Jo fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kahuna circles away.
Jo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kahuna.
Jo defending well as Kahuna loads up on a big left hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kahuna rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jo counters with a head kick. That will keep Kahuna thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Kahuna is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Jo's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Jo wants to clinch
and Kahuna counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kahuna leaves Jo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kahuna sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jo somewhat.
Kahuna throws a shot from downtown. Jo moves away and avoids it.
Jo doesn't manage to clinch there - Kahuna circles away.

Kahuna misses with a hook. Jo ducked under it nicely.
Horrible takedown by Jo or perhaps it was just good defense by Kahuna which made him look bad.
Jo misses with a two punch combination.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kahuna swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kahuna misses with an uppercut
and Jo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kahuna throws the left hand but Jo avoids the punch easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kahuna throws a big shot that misses.
Jo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kahuna thuds his right hand into Jo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Kahuna keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kahuna works Jo's body with a nice hook.
Jo looks winded!
Kahuna throws an overhand right that lands on Jo's shoulder, as Jo tries to avoid the shot.
Kahuna throws a right and a left that Jo avoids nicely.
Kahuna looks to throw the jab but Jo is out of range.
Jo tries to get into range but Kahuna steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Jo! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Kahuna scores the big KO victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Timo Kahuna!
