Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Pistone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brynden Tully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pistone comes into the arena with Bonobo - The Sicilians blaring out of the sound system. Joe Pistone has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Pistone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Brynden Tully!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Columbo Gatti and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pistone tries to score with a low kick but Tully moves his leg out of the way.
We've been informed that Tully has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Pistone connects with a high kick.
It looks like Brynden Tully has been cut.
Pistone goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Tully avoids the head kick by Pistone.
Pistone lands with a kick to the temple. Tully shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Pistone on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Tully tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pistone swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pistone tries to score with a low kick but Tully moves his leg out of the way.
Pistone lands a big head kick that sends Tully tumbling to the mat! Pistone takes a step backwards and waves Tully back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Tully is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pistone fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Tully out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Joe Pistone!
Joe Pistone spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
